This is a great program. It requires you to go into the code and fix the minor problems in it to make it work. It's great for beginning coders in this way. Also, as in the title, the program is "Wacky" and "Fun", and these qualities are certain. They increase the seeming purpose of the program. Additionally, this program also works as a joke. ;) :P

If you're missing the context on this, it started way back in 2000 as one of the longest-running TI calculator community in-jokes: http://www.ticalc.org/archives/news/articles/3/38/38229.html .

EDIT: Looks like I got trolled. Here's the original review: First off DON'T DOWNLOAD THIS! I'm not sure how this go into the Cemetech archives, it doesn't even work. All this program is, is a guessing game. (guess a number from 1-30) that's it. **PROS: Uh, it doesn't take up much space? **CONS: *The code doesn't even work *There are way too many purposeful spelling errors for my taste. *Capitalization is all over the place *Not optimized at all. **SUGGESTIONS: *Ask for help to optimize your code! *Increase the range of numbers to guess *Don't do spelling and capitalization errors, they aren't even amusing *Make your program actually work. **CONCLUSION: Unfortunately, this is a very poorly written program even on a beginners scale. The name is just click-bait and this whole program is a troll. [1/10] not even released on April fools :(
