Visuals (1.5/2): Nothing too special. Personally I think the splashscreen is unnecessary and could be used without it.
Speed (1.5/2): Splashscreen does take away from it a little bit. Most else is fairly snappy.
Ease of Use (1/2): Can only go one way. Easy to enter two numbers.
Practicality (0.5/2): Not too useful. Someone with basic understanding of logarithmic scales would determine the calculations in their head.
Other (1.5/2): Support for going from higher magnitude to lower would be very beneficial.
